How to Register: step-by-step instructions for New Students
On-line Student Information Form - input your information directly into SCC's system.
Print the Student Information Form (if faxing, or mailing, in)
"Prop 300": new state legislation that requires documentation of citizenship status.
Student Declaration of Citizenship or Status - this is the form (along with acceptable documentation), that you will need to fax, mail, email, or bring in to the A&R office in order for the college to document and continue your "In-state" residency.
*** Please note that if you are faxing a copy of your driver's license that you will need to lighten (50 to 100%), or enlarge the copy. Otherwise you may be asked to fax it again.
